This Wednesday, March 2 we’re celebrating Teacher Appreciation Day at Boothbay Region Elementary School. We’ll be honoring about 80 teachers and staff there, so it will be quite the celebration. We need people to help pick up and deliver the pizzas and other food at around noon that day. Irene is organizing so if you can help, please contact her for more details (ifowle50@gmail.com). We wrap up on March 18 at Boothbay Region High School and Edgecomb Eddy. Mark your calendars, we’ll need more people to pick up and deliver pizza. Please try to participate if you can – it will be a great time!
Back in Person this week
This Thursday we resume in person/hybrid meetings. We’ll hear from Damariscotta-Newcastle Rotary Club regarding a global grant project in Tanzania caring for street children. Amy will continue to prepare delicious and ample buffet offerings and the Turpentine Club will be open. Zoom details will be forthcoming.
People Power
With the return to in person meetings, we need volunteers for People Power! We need Waiters, Greeters, Innkeepers, Sergeant at Arms, etc. Please sign up online using the Quick Link for Meeting People Power in the upper left corner or contact Jim Herbold to volunteer.
