We have moved!

The Boothbay Harbor Rotary Club held its 62nd annual Benefit Auction and Flea Market, on Saturday, August 3rd  2019 on the playgrounds of the Boothbay Harbor High School.

This extravaganza included everything from collectibles to antiques, from vehicles and boats to household furnishings, and from tools and toys to china. The event drew hundreds of buyers from all over the Region and beyond. Part of the reason for its success is that all proceeds from the sale come back to the Boothbay Region through myriad organizations that the Rotary Club supports. Another part of its success is that Auctioneer Bob Foster knows how to price items to move!

Because of the Covid 19 pandemic, Rotary was not able to hold the auction in 2019. In order to continue our tradition of raising funds while circulating used items from those who want to donate to those who want to purchase, we began selling collected items from our storage barn located on Montgomery Road. While we have not decided exactly what our auction will look like going forward we will be selling out of the barn until further notice.

But we can’t do it without your help: The goods sold at the Auction are all donated by our neighbors throughout the Region. To make this year’s auction a success, we are currently collecting vehicles, boats, furniture, tools, books, building supplies, fireplace equipment, china and house wares, collectibles, children’s toys, and outdoor furniture and grills.  All gifts are tax-deductible as set by law. If you have it, we think we can sell it!

Unfortunately, there are some items we cannot accept.  Please CLICK to find a list to assist in further clarification.  Please remember, with any item, the Rotarian conducting the pick-up has final authority.
